I'm a tech, product, and UX research leader and people manager. I have been a consultant for over a decade, bringing a wealth of expertise in digital strategy, marketing, and user experience across a variety of industries. My Ph.D. is in Media Psychology, where my research focuses on understanding our complex relationships with media and technology, as well as representing the impact of media on people of marginalized identities. That’s also what my new podcast, Media Psyched is all about. I'm passionate about helping people foster more thoughtful and critical relationships with the media and technology we use every day.

My work is rooted in empathy building, and I use mixed-method research to tell creative and impactful stories with data from people with lived experiences. I bring a unique background in the field of Media Psychology, as an industry professional, a thought leader, as well as an accomplished scholar. My focus on DE&I comes from a personal dedication to serving marginalized communities which motivates the innovative research that I conduct in this field. I have also been formally trained as a Holocaust and human rights educator which allows me to better engage teams in meaningful conversations and drive inclusive strategies. As a natural team player, I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with others to meet shared goals, brainstorming, and having a hand in the evolution of a great idea.
